I feel like I haven't been blogging as much as I would like to. It's because I started COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL! Yup! I'm going back to school. I have NO life anymore because school is Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Its a lot of fun but also lots of book work. WHO KNEW?! I can say I've learned to wrap a perm in 44 minutes! I can also do an awesome mowhawk!

Soccer kids

Hailey has been playing Soccer now for 4 and 1/2 years. She has really gotten good at it.

She is now playing with an all girls team. They are called the Red Hots! Last season they took 3rd overall and the season before that they were the champs. We'll have to see about this year. I think we will see another championship!

Hailey is the teams Keeper. She does a great job at it and really likes it. She is one of the smaller girls on the team but that doesn't stop her! She will attack you if you are coming her way with that ball. She will NOT let you score on her! She says "bring it on"

Carter started soccer in September. A lady in our ward put together a little soccer team

with a bunch of kids from our ward. I thought Carter would do really well and just

love this! I THOUGHT WRONG! He isn't really into it all that much. If someone

steels the ball he cries! If someone blocks the ball he cries! If he falls down he cries!

I do have to say he is getting a little better! The last game he did play for a bout 5 minutes!

The little team goes until December so I'll keep you updated on how he does at the end.

Maybe he will improve! Lets hope!

First Day

Today was the first day of school! Also the last year for Hailey in elementary school. I can't believe she goes to middle school next year! WOW! Thats kinda scary. Here she is with Mr. Edwards her 5th grade teacher.

Brynn is in 3rd grade this year. My kids are growing up! This year she is in Mrs. Cushman's class. She is so excited to be in a new class and make new friends.

Good luck this year little ladies. You will do great! I love you so much!

Took the girls and their friends out for a fun back to school shoot! It was so much fun except that we were all melting! I think we will do this every year! I can't believe that I have a 5th grader this year! That means next year she starts middle school! WOW!

Happy 10th birthday to my beautiful hailey! She turned 10 June 5, 2011. I still can't believe she is that old. She is such a joy in our family. She is also very smart. She is also the the student body secretary at school. Whatever Hailey sets her mind to she does.

So for Brynn's Baptism we got all the cousins together REALLY fast one morning before littleEmmy had to leave back to Salt Lake. We took probably 50 pictures. These are the best! My favorite is the last one of them all laughing. Want to know why they were all laughing (with the exception of little Mia who was sick so she can cry if she wants too) Well...Their aunt Ashley tried to get them to all look at me and make them smile...so she found one of Noah's pirate daggers and decided to stab herself with it! GREAT IDEA RIGHT!!! well the boys thought it was hilarious and started acting pretty funny. That made Hailey and Brynn laugh and for Emmy..she's use to her mom being silly. And again. poor Mia was sick!

But I love pictures like this. Probably because this is how they always are!

so, at the risk of publicly declaring to one of my friends that i'm a facebook stalker, i have stolen something from her because it was just too fabulously hilarious NOT to share! but, as you read through these, please remind yourself they're not my words. they're someone else's. i don't want to take credit, although i can relate to thinking every single one! Thanks Deeanna for steeling it from someone else and letting me steel it from you!

1. I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
3. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.

5. How the heck are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?

6. Was learning cursive really necessary?

7. Map Quest really needs to start their directions on # 5. I'm pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

8. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.

9. I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.

11. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

22. Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is.

We went to Disneyland with Ashley and Tim this summer. It was SO much

fun. It was Emery's first Disney Trip and I'm So glad we got to be there.

This summer while in utah for a month we have tried to keep

the kids busy so they wouldn't drive my mom and dad nuts.

We hit up wheeler farm and visited all the little animals they had.

The kids even played in a little stream they had. They had SO

My 2nd niece arrived almost a week later than the first! I am

so lucky to have another beautiful baby to love. Emery is

the cutest chunk ever! She loves her aunt allyson VERY much!

The girls really like to have baths in the jetted tub and this time I said they could have

So it snowed 2 times while in Utah! The ladies absolutely loved it! They got on what warm

clothes we had and even squished their feet into some old snow boots that grandma had just

to go outside and play in the snow. The weather has been so crazy lately.

So while in Utah I told the girls we would try and go horseback riding...well we did and

they LOVED it. They didn't want to get off. Carter and I rode a horse together and he just

laughed the entire time. We will definitely do this again.

Disneyland

Sorry for the bad pictures but They were taken with my little point and shoot! I wasn't

going to carry my 5 pounder around ALL day long. We took the kids to Disney

and had a blast! The weather was really nice and we wish we could go back. Maybe next

month some time. I was SO SO excited to take Carter this year because he was so much older

this time. He kept saying "ride" it was so cute! He freaked out when he saw Mater and Lightning. We had to fight him to stay in line to get his picture he just wanted to run up there.

The girls are really getting to a fun age where they want to go on some bigger rides..but they are still to short for the BIG ones.

It was a really nice day and the girls didn't have school so Carrie and I took the kids to the park...plus I wanted to try out my new lens!The kids wouldn't hold still. I think they were SO happy to get out of the house and not be at school that they just kept running around.They seriously ran up and down the field almost the entire time!It was great! Carter even took off his shoes. I LOVE VEGAS WEATHER!

We had a great christmas party this year! Santa came!!! WAHOOO!! although earlier

that day we had visited Santa somewhere else and Brynn said to me.. "hey mom this

isn't the same santa" oooops!!!! Look at Carter who is so into his candy and trying so

hard to unwrap it that he is oblivious to santa...

I really wish I would of taken a picture of the decorations. They were awesome! I was to busy chasing a certain wildboy around. I'll see if I can find some from someone else!

I'm not very good at going to see SANTA every year. Probably because

the mall rips you off!!! Well found a really good SANTA who is FREE!

I think we will be going every year from now on. This Santa really had to

work for his money because Brynn kept asking him question after question.

She just woudn't leave him alone. It was SO SO cute. Carter on the other hand

wouldn't have ANYTHING to do with him. We did get him in one picture. It's a

little blury because i hurried really fast to had him to hailey and then take

a picture before he escaped her arms.

It was SO cold and rainy and had even snowed!! I really wanted to get a picture of the fog that was covering the mountains so I decided to take a drive. I think they turned out pretty good

Went to the temple today...it was MUCH needed. I am SO

lucky that I have a temple that is only 30 minutes away. Where

I can go and sit with NO kids and just relax and think.

I am So thankful for this chuch and what it offers. I truly don't

know what I would be like with out it. I am thankul for our Savior and

for his atonement. It is such a beautiful thing!!!

I'm also glad that my little ladies just cannot wait until they are

12 so that the to may enter the house of the lord. That will be SO

much fun and special to take them to do baptisms.

This year Hailey was a hipee and Brynn was a Stitch Pirate.

Carter was a pirate this year and he looked so cute.

we had lots of fun from school parties to friend parties.

we went to our ward trunk or treat and then went trick or treating

with our friends and got king sized cany bars! we will be going

to that neighborhood again next year!! All in all it was a good

Halloween!

Found this ugly bed at a garage sale and they wanted 25.00 well

I got it for 20.00. I spent 10.00 on some paint and another 10.00

on some super cute knobs and voila! SUPER BOYISH BED! I LOVE

how it turned out. Iwas really wanting a black bed for carter but

didn't love the price tags of the ones at the store. I DO however love

my price tag of 40.00!

Yes I feel like her! It has been SO FLIPPIN crazy since school

has started. I now have 6 kids! yes you read it 6!!! Between

my 3 and the other 3 and then running kids here and there

and trying to keep up with school work for 4 and scouts and my photography

oh man!

monday-football, wrangling 4 kids for homework

tuesday-scouts, more homework for 4

wednesday-kumon, soccer x2 and activity days gone from 2:40-6:30

thursday-football AGAIN! and making sure all 4kids homework is done!

Friday...um...i don't usually remember friday

Saturday-Soccer games and shower day

SO......if any of you see me wearing the same clothes for a week straight

Garden and let them pick carrots and red potatoes. They thought

it was kinda wierd to dig potatoes out of the ground.

Mt. Charleston Race

The kids and I packed up a few things and headed to

Mt. Charleston at 6:30 AM to watch uncle Adam bike in a race.

It was a lot of fun, the girls along with Carrie and Noah

hiked up a little trail while I hung back with carter.

Adam did really good! It was 17 miles from the bottom of

the mountain to the top and all up hill. We even saw a guy

go up on a unicycle!!

We will for sure be going to more of Uncle Adam's races....Hailey

wants to do a kids race. I might have to check into that.

So for family home evening we talked about gardens and why

we should plant one. We have 2 pots that are growing some

veggies for us. We plated Cherry Tomatoes and Bell Peppers.

The girls have been SO fun to watch everyday. They go

out in the morning before school and water their pots.

well one morning we found one pot with a surprise waiting!!

Carter loves to crawl up on the couch and talk to the dogs out back.

He also has a little binkie obsession.... one in the mouth and one in each hand!

Brynn has been begging me to take her picture so

The Louisiana Walls came to visit for a little over a week! It was

so good to see them and get to play "tourist"!!!!!

In May we went to Salt Lake and walked around Temple

Square to take pictures of the tulips...well as you can see

it turned into a taking pictures of the Temple wich is way

prettier than tulips. I think they turned out pretty

good! (yes Deeanna they are STRAIGH FROM THE CAM)

The girls had a great time walking around looking at all

of the pretty flowers! I LOVE TULIPS! I think they are my

favorite.

Today we went to the park while the ladies were

at school and Carter just loved it. He played in the

water and on the playground and discovered the

Carter had a GREAT birthday. The neighbor kids

came over and had cake with him. He LOVED it!

He dug right in.

Then on Monday night we had a family party with

a great birthday weekend and also scored some new

church clothes and a new swimsuit.

I can't believe Carter is ONE!! We are SO SO SO happy he

joined our family. He is such a joy to have around and the

girls are still crazy in love with him.

He has been walking for about a month now and he has

really taken to the outdoors. He could stay out there ALL

The wedding was BEAUTIFUL!!! I loved taking pictures

(i wansn't the photographer) i just wanted practice. I think

My best friend Rachel came in town for a few days so

we decided to head to the Bellagio. We went to the

gardens and then had lunch under a shade tree while

we waited for the fountains to start. It was WAY

to hot to be down on the strip 91degrees! We then

made a QUICK stop at the M&M factory.

Easter and things

Carter pulled our dining room chair down and it landed on
his head. It gave him a nice bruise between the eyes.

Our friend down the street made this nice birdhouse
for the ladies. So pappa hung it while they were here.

It was really quiet and that is very unusuall for our

house. I peeked into the ladies room and found

them laying on their beds reading.

Hailey has been skateboarding ALOT! she's got her

balance down now and is starting to get a lot faster.

She is outside practcing everyday.

Easter egg hunt at Carrie's house. We got a quick picture. Theo

was at work and wasn't able to joing for the fun. We missed him a lot!

We planted flowers while Grandma and Pappa Utah were

here visiting. These are for Aunt Ashley. Gerber daisys.

Carter knew what to do!!!

Brynn had Purple eggs this year! We had a fun Egg hunt for

the kids at Carries home.

We colored eggs after the egg hunt.

I love Carts face in this picture. That is his REAL egg that he

Brynn is back to riding her bike. She wouldn't ride it

for 2 years because her feet couldn't touch the ground

and she was to big for the smaller bikes.

Today was so nice outside she decided to take

her doll for a ride (carriage and all) It was just so cute

I had to take a picture.

We had a little camp fire with some friends the other

night. We roasted marshmallows. The ladies had SO

much fun. I am so excited now that it is starting to

get warm. Here comes the hiking of Red Rock and

other great outdoor activities.

come over and play today. Yes I let them ride the

10 Months

I can not belive how fast 10 monts has gone by.

It is a little sad knowing that in 2 more month my

baby will be 1. Carter is now walking holdin on to

just 1 finger!!! He can stand by himself if nobody is

lookig. He now has a vocabulary of 3 word wich

include, MOMMA, DADDA, and BOBBA. We are

trying to get him to say Hailey or Brynn.

He sleeps through the night and pretty much

always has except when sick. He is THE best

little boy ever! He LOVES to tackle his sisters

and play in their room. We love you Carter

Here are the kiddo's before the Shamu show. I didn't
get any pictures of the show because we sat
in the "SOAK ZONE" and I wasn't taking any
chances of getting my camera wet.

I got a text from my friend saying she was sitting

watching Ute gymnastics...I was SO SO jealous.

When I as little my mom and I had season tickets.

I LOVED going to all the meets. I knew everyones

name and stats and order they came out. I KNEW
EVERYTHING!!! I really miss going to the meets

I wish my girls and i could go and have the

same great memories I have with mine.
